Hi, I’m Tricia and I’m glad you’re here. Asking for help and engaging in therapy can be scary, and it takes tremendous courage to take this first step. So let’s take this slow, and I’ll start by telling you a little bit about me.
I am a graduate of the MA Counselling Psychology program of Yorkville University. Preceding that, by almost two decades, I received a BA from the University of Guelph, majoring in both Psychology and Sociology. In between those years, I moved across the country, I worked, I completed a photography program, I became a professional photographer and business owner, I had children. I arrived at a crossroads in life 2017, and decided to pursue an idea that had been simmering in the background of my life for years; a career rooted in helping people to live their best life. I completed my Masters, and have been counselling people since 2020.
I offer my councilor services in person and online. For in person therapist person I am located in the London, Ontario, area. I am close to St Thomas, Kilworth/Komoka, Sarnia, Chatham-Kent, Goderich, Grand Bend, Kincardine, Port Stanley, Bayfield. I offer my mental health therapist services anywhere in Ontario!
My therapist services are covered by most insurance companies, so I am considered a insurance covered psychologist/psychotherapist. I focus on mental health, and work with many modalities, including CBT, and ACT. I support feminist therapy, I am LGBTQ allied, and PTSD.
